HISTORY

Founded in 1973 by Antonio Zanconato as a leather-working enterprise, Zanconato Pellami SRL has undergone continual expansion, and with the passage between generations, began to sell its products directly to the market.

At the head of the company since 1990, Zanconato produces leather for furnishing and shoes with commitment and professionalism.

The artisanal working of each hide and the use of modern machinery means the company can produce high quality products also in large quantities.

The family-run company has passed the passion for the artisanal working of hides from father to son. Work begins with the careful sourcing of raw hides, which are selected one by one, continues with constant supervision of every stage of the tanning process and ends with the inspection of each finished leather to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.
